Events Coordinator

Job Title Summary:

We are looking for someone to host local tcg tournaments and exciting events. Occasional vendoring at card conventions and extensive knowledge in TCGs. This position requires a talkative and approachable personality as there are a lot of engagement with customers and players.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that tournaments and other events run smoothly and are of the highest level of quality.

- Scheduling, sanctioning, and reporting weekly as well as non-standard tournaments for various TCG events

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for players

Requirements:

- Pokemon TCG Judge

- At least 1 Year of experience in events or retail experience

- Open availabiity in the evening (tuesday & thursdays) and occasional days on weekend

- Knowledge of and passion for the products we carry

- Calm under pressure and friendly attitude

Optional Qualifications and Skills that would be a plus in this position:

- Experience in Vending at conventions

- One Piece TCG Judge

- Strong relationship with tcg community groups

- Shopify Ecommerce experience

- Humor

Graphics/Content Creator

Job Title Summary:

We are looking for someone to join our content creating team to push our digital presence and part-take in growing our tcg community.

Responsibilities:

- Creating Graphical works needed for promotional and marketing efforts

- Assist in content creating such as camera work, sound, or small video edits

- Confidence with being on camera and comfortability in content creating in public space and crowd

- Launching Streaming efforts and assist in online sales through platforms such as twitch, instagram live, or TikTok

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, must speak clearly and comfortable on camera with presentable personal image

- Strong understanding of content strategy to drive engagement and conversion on major platforms including Instagram, youtube, and Tik-tok.

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles to create compelling online content.

- Must be knowledgeable with Pokémon TCG products. Knowing other TCG/table top games is an asset

- Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing programs.

- Previous experience content creating is an asset.
